This page sets out some important information that I am required by law to provide to you. As this includes information about my charges, if you do not have private medical insurance but someone else will be paying your bill, you may wish to pass this information to them. Please note that even if someone else is paying your bill or you have private medical insurance, you are responsible for paying any charges which they do not pay.

Please note that there is an additional facility fee of £265 for patch testing payable to OneWelbeck Skin Health and Allergy (or £310 if patch and photo patch testing is required).
Total patch testing price for self funding patients £855.00 (or £900 if patch testing and photo patch testing is required).

Following your consultation, you may need certain other tests (such as blood tests, swabs, or imaging, for example, an X-ray, MRI or CT scan) to help me diagnose your condition.
If the test is undertaken by the clinic or hospital, the fees for those tests will be determined
by the clinic or hospital and charged to you separately.
The full consultation or patch test procedure fee will be charged for non-attendance or for cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment.

A valid authorisation code is required to confirm an appointment. Please provide this at the time of booking your appointment.
Please confirm your cover for outpatient consultations, tests and any procedure with your insurance company.
Your insurance company should advise you of any excess payable, which is applicable to many policies.
Please note that you are responsible for any fees, including insurance excess payments, not covered by your insurance company.
